web-briefing-russia-china-in-africa-implications-of-their-growing-influence-main-original

Vast amounts of national resources, strong economic growth potential and young populations make Sub-Saharan African markets attractive for Western firms. But these same indicators also make them strategic targets for investment and influence from Russia and China.

In this panel discussion, Dragonfly’s subject matter experts on Russia, China and Sub-Saharan Africa will look at the differing interests and approaches of China and Russia in the region, contextualising their strategies and goals. They will also discuss how countries in the region are responding to Russia and China, and they will outline monitoring points for key markets.

We look forward to you joining. Places are limited and preference will be given to Dragonfly clients.
