The Iranian regime is under increased pressure due to ongoing anti-government protests amid a poor economic situation and the stalling of nuclear talks. There have been serious questions around the regime’s ability to weather the current unrest. In this briefing, our panel of regional specialists will discuss Iran’s regional military activities, which it has expanded in recent weeks, both to distract from issues at home and to put pressure on its adversaries abroad.
As well as a domestic security outlook, the panel will look at the possibility of Iran expanding its regional military operations. This includes in northern Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and in Gulf waters. And it follows reports of Saudi Arabia sharing intelligence with the US about possible attacks by Iran in the region.
We look forward to you joining. Places are limited and preference will be given to Dragonfly clients.
