Founded by analysts at Dragonfly and several of our counterparts in the industry, Diversity & Inclusion in Security is a group that aims to promote diversity in the security intelligence, analysis and consultancy sector through advocacy, mutual support and networking. Among other activities, the group:
- Advocates within our organisations for open and competitive hiring processes on the basis of skills and capabilities rather than profile or previous experience alone
- Encourages other organisations to consider the diversity of perspectives and backgrounds when selecting staff, contractors, advisors and speakers
